Russell Kalliainen, President – Rusty moved to South Carolina over 17 years ago and started SK Builders, Inc. Starting out with only 10-20 houses per year, Rusty has built SK into what it is today with over 1,500 projects completed. A SC licensed builder, Rusty has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Timothy Kalliainen, Vice President - Starting out as a jobsite supervisor working for his dad, Tim has worked his way to the top. Working in the office as Vice President of Operations, Tim is positioning the company for growth through the development of strategic business partnerships and utilizing the latest materials and construction technologies to improve the quality and energy efficiency of today’s homes. Tim is an SC licensed Residential builder and has obtained the ‘Green Advantage’ Certification.
Justin Kalliainen, Vice President – Justin started out as a jobsite helper 13 years ago and has worked his way to managing over 50% of the company’s projects. From scheduling subcontractors and maintaining quality control and job site safety Justin is an integral part of insuring our customers expectations are met.
John Lodato, Regional Director – John brings an unparalleled level of corporate and commercial real estate experience to Vaile Construction. With a 25 year history in the owners representation, development and construction of corporate offices, manufacturing, industrial, retail and commercial projects. From Kodak’s 72 million square foot portfolio to the development of CBRE’s worldwide project delivery system there is just not a lot of corporate and commercial construction and project related issues John has not had experience with.
